This week has been super dreary and rainy. I’ve been craving hot chocolate like no one’s business, so I decided to make some of my own. This rich beverage is only 95 calories! 🙂
Skinny Hot Chocolate
1 tablespoon Stevia
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa powder
1 cup milk (I used light Soy Milk from Kroger)
Dash of Salt
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract (or peppermint, almond, etc.)
1. Mix together the dry ingredients in a Noel.
2. In the microwave, heat the milk for 1-2 minutes (depending on your microwave)
3. Slowly add the milk to the dry ingredients. Stir well.
4. Add the vanilla extract.
