Green Goddess Wrap


One of the best things about summer vacation is being able to use a plate – but I still like easy prep meals. I made this wrap for the first time a few weeks ago and I haven’t been able to eat it enough since. The measurements in this recipe uses grams instead of cups. Measuring with a kitchen scale is a game changer when it comes to measuring accurately.

Green Goddess High Protein Wrap

  • 1 ProteinUp Flatout Wrap
  • 20 grams of spinach
  • 50 grams of cucumbers
  • 35 grams of slices avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Bolthouse Farms Cucumber Ranch Dressing

Nutrition Facts: 212 calories, 24 carbs, 9 grams of fat, 13 grams of protein

I personally find it much easier to roll up the wrap if all the ingredients are placed on one side of the wrap. As you roll the wrap tuck in the sides of the wrap so that all ingredients stay inside.IMG_1124

I added some carrots and a lime LaCroix to complete this quick and easy meal.
