High Protein Vegan Iced Coffee

Summer is here and for a lot of people that means iced coffee. I’m one of the crazy people that drinks iced coffee unless it’s negative a million degrees. I live in Georgia so that rarely happens. I usually drink my coffee black but sometimes I’m in the mood for an iced latte. Technically,  this drink is not a latte because it is made with iced coffee instead of espresso but it truly reminds me of an iced latte. As a former (five year) barista you can trust my judgement.

This is a super easy, nutritious coffee fix.

High Protein Vegan Iced Coffee

  • 8 – 12  ounces cold brew iced coffee
  • 8 ounces Silk NutProtein Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Stevia
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder (optional)


  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Stir well and enjoy.


Nutrition Facts: 130 calories; 2 carbohydrates; 10 grams of protein

Starbucks Venti Iced Coffee with Almond Milk: 150 calories; 32 carbohydrates; 1 gram of protein
